Please bring original receipt within 10 days for all exchanges. Sareby's Beauty Supply does NOT give refunds.
Hair Products, track hair, braiding hair, sealed items must be in Perfect condition (unopened) for an exchange.
Wigs, quick weave, drawstring ponytails, hats, domes, opened/sanitary items (earrings, scarf, blades, gloves, etc), jewelry, clothes, and items under $2 ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Sareby's Beauty Supply will NOT accept any returns.
Sareby's Beauty Supply and its' employees reserve the right to refuse any return.
Sareby's Beauty Supply and its' employees are not liable for the outcome(s) of any products sold.
Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.
