IN-STORE POLICY

We founded SAREBY'S BEAUTY SUPPLY with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.

  • Please bring original receipt within 10 days for all exchanges. Sareby's Beauty Supply does NOT give refunds.

  • Hair Products, track hair, braiding hair, sealed items must be in Perfect condition (unopened) for an exchange.

  • Wigs, quick weave, drawstring ponytails, hats, domes, opened/sanitary items (earrings, scarf, blades, gloves, etc), jewelry, clothes, and items under $2 ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Sareby's Beauty Supply will NOT accept any returns.

  • Sareby's Beauty Supply and its' employees reserve the right to refuse any return.

  • Sareby's Beauty Supply and its' employees are not liable for the outcome(s) of any products sold. 

  • Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.

  • Due to the impact of Covid-19 no wigs or clothing can be sampled or worn before purchase.
